Two years ago a group of Chiapas journalists join us to enable us permanently in regard to information technologies (ICT's), the first effort was reflected in a course and the following year in a diploma.

Both the course and the degree would not have been possible without the selfless support of various institutions and people who personally shared their expertise, one of them was Hector Bautista Flores, a tireless promoter of the use of free software.
