Who does God?

"[...] what God chose the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things to shame the strong. "First Corinthians 1:27

Workers who God chooses to carry out his work are simple people, simple. All you have to do is look at the twelve men whom Jesus chose as his disciples. Fishermen, a tax collector, a "Zealot." What clique so little respect! But they ended up "turning the world upside down." And those who cried observed that "men were uneducated and vulgar" (Acts 4:13).

God has a plan for you. Wealth, fame, acclaim. None of this is necessary for you to be used by God.

What a glorious truth to share today with someone who may be feeling that is not worth much.
