I read about how Canada geese always fly in "V" formation.

Have you ever wondered why? Because

goose guides is moving wind resistance for the rest of the group.

So while it flaps its wings vigorously, the flies rest in peace. After a while, the lead goose gets tired and way behind leading to the next goose come forward.

You know what scientists have discovered in their experiments in the wind tunnel? That

geese flying in "V" formation can fly 72% more than a goose flying alone.
